Jamshedpur, October 26: French Consul General Damien Syed will visit Jamshedpur on Thursday, October 27 to promote investments between India and France, through its partners and investor groups.
He is keen to take forward the mandate of identifying key areas for smart cities which need French Industry and investment and also promote French sectors where Indian Investors could find a suitable match for JVs etc.
The French Consulate would probably share and discuss the possible ways which could facilitate Indian and French businesses alike.
Culturally and socially too France is very keen to work with the government and is also looking towards creating a forum to discuss the various options in managing issues which are logistical towards building smarter cities.
A programme has been scheduled at centre for excellence o Thursday.
