Jamshedpur, May 19: Free Mega skin treatment camp was held at BR Seva Sadan in Gadabasa, Kalimati Road on Friday, May 19. The camp which was inaugurated at 9 am continued till 1 pm. More than 80 people with skin diseases had their checkup done by experts for free.
Dr. Rajiv Thakur, dermatologist at BR Seva Sadan, said, most of the patients has skin problems related to summer season while two were found suffering from complex issue and will be sent to Mumbai for better check-up.
Also present at the camp Dr. Ritu Thakur and other paramedical staff also examined the patients and provided them with details about to get rid of the disease. At the camp complex skin diseases were treated for free and the patient were provided other information.
On the occasion doctors informed the patients that in summer stomach and skin related issues are on rise and people should follow strict diet and consult a doctor so that the disease doesn’t get complex.
Dr. Ritu Thakur further said that women who most of time remain indoor are also worst sufferers of pollution.
Dark circles and other skin diseases are common among women. Dr. Thakur informed that the camp is being organised on the marriage anniversary of his late parents.
