Jamshedpur, July 13: A free meditation camp was organized on the occasion of Guru Purnima at Michael John Auditorium in Bistupur on Wednesday evening by Om Pranic Healing Center, affiliated to Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation Trust of Jharkhand. Participants learned about Pranic Healing and Twin Heart Meditation.
The program was inaugurated by Arun Gupta. Kirti Agarwal, in his welcome address, gave an overview on Pranic Healing. Jaya Gandhi of Om Pranic Healing provided detailed information on Guru’s importance in life. Ravina spoke on Twin Heart Meditation and the benefits derived from its practice. She said, “Before performing the Twin Heart meditation, certain exercises have to be performed to eliminate negative energy in the body and after meditation, to parallelize the energy.”
Ravina explained, “Both, Yoga and Pranic Healing are beneficial for health. Both these therapies are meant to make the body strong and healthy from within. This method works to increase the energy in the body. In both these therapies, the body moves as long as the energy remains in it.”
Demonstration of Pranic Healing and Twin Heart Meditation were given by Simple Agarwal, Pinky Sanghi, Ruchi Gupta and Neetu Garg.
A lucky draw was organized for the participants during which, four winners were picked who would be provided discounts for the upcoming Pranic Healing classes. The organizing team included Sachin Agarwal, Babita Moonka, Dipen Gandhi, Sangita Patel, Pooja Sharma, Sarita Agarwal, Sweety Gupta, Sunita Agarwal, Balram Agarwal and Badal Kar.
