Jamshedpur, July 7: During a free COVID-19 vaccination campaign organized at Govind Vidyalay in Tamolia on Monday, 159 students in the age group of 12 to 14 years were vaccinated. The students followed all COVID protocols and were informed about the protective values of Corbevax inoculation against the pandemic. Parents of students were highly appreciative of the schools vaccination initiative and termed it as worthwhile.
Nirmal Kalindi, Vaccinator KA MM and Punam Minj from WHO, conducted the vaccination campaign. The Director of Govind Vidyalay, Dr Brahmdutt Sharma, Principal Jyoti Prakash Hota, Secretary Abhishek Sharma, Administrator Krishna Modak and Principal Anita Nandi among others were present on the occasion.
