Jamshedpur: The Steel City unit of Marwadi Yuva Manch (MYM) will organize a three day free artificial limb implant camp commencing January 16 at Utkal Association in Sakchi. Artifical legs, hands and calipers will be implanted during the camp.
Informing the press convener Manish Bansal, MYM branch president Pankaj Sanghi and branch secretary Sumit Debuka stated that going by a list of 287 registered applicants, the camp date might have to be extended by a couple of days.
Applicants from Jamshedpur, Chatra, Palamau, Lohardaga, Simdega, Chaibasa, Jadugoda, Noamundi and other places have registered their names for limb implantation. They further informed that those others desirous of getting implants may do so by calling 0657-2429731 and 7209031533 by Sunday, January 13.
The organizers will provide free food and lodging as per need for applicants coming from far flung paces.
