Jamshedpur: One Dheerendra nath Bhakat, resident of Kalikapur, Potka police station area, has accused Himanshu Das and Sheelu Das, residents of Naulkha Apartments, Sonari, of committing fraud worth Rs. 2.5 lakh against him and has lodged a complaint against them in the Jamshedpur Civil court.
The incident dates back to 9th October, 2015. The accused had requested the victim for the amount during his tough times, agreeing to return it within 5-6 months.
When the agreed time elapsed, the accused refused to return the money and further threatened to implicate Dheerendra on fabricated charges.
Finally, on 23rd April, Dheerendra nath and his wife arrived at the residence of the accused to demand the money.
There, the victims� bag was allegedly snatched away, and the wife was thoroughly beaten up. An account of this incident was then reported to the Sonari Police Station as well.
