During the session, she urged students to self-reflect and be motivated.Citing examples from her life, she said “one must know one’s learning style in order to develop in an organization and progress in one’s career”. She emphasized the role of self-motivation through self-realization in carving out a successful career. She further said “People in a team are like chess pieces.
One must learn how to work differently with different team members”.She also underscored the necessity of ensuring emotional connect with what one does. She talked about the significance of congruence of one’s values with the Organization’s value system.
Enlightening the students further, Mrs Sujitha said “ Career“Career is not an end in itself and it is not the only thing that defines someone”. She asked students to be socially responsible and contribute in terms of time, energy and money, to the world throughout their lives.
She concluded with a quote from “The Alchemist” “And, when you want something, all the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
