Jamshedpur: A four day Kathak workshop organized by Kala Udyan Jamshedpur School of Art concluded at Ravindra Bhavan auditorium, Sakchi, on Sunday.
A total of 150 aspiring dancers learnt the nuances of Kathak from Pundit Deepak Maharaj on this occasion. The programme was organized in collaboration with Urban Services (CSR), Tata Steel, and Centre for Excellence.
Pundit Deepak Maharaj felicitated Geet Tiwary, Shikha Sheel and Anamika Ghosh for promoting Kathak in the city. The dignitaries present on the occasion included Mithilesh Kumar, Jiren Topno, Sourabh Choudhary, Uday Chandravanshi, Rakesh Choudhary, Navmita Choudhary and Pradeep Sheel.
