Jamshedpur, May 3: The nomination process for the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha seat saw four candidates filing their nominations on Friday, thus increasing the number of candidates in the Lok Sabha poll fray to 11. Among the candidates who submitted their nominations were JMM’s Samir Mohanty, independent candidate Bablu Prasad Dangi, Lokhit Adhikar Party’s Manoj Gupta, and independent candidate Arun Mahato.

Earlier, seven candidates including BJP candidate and outgoing MP, Bidyut Baran Mahato, had filed their nominations. The list included candidates from various parties such as Bharatiya Azad Sena, Ambedright Party of India, Independent Jujhar Soren, Independent Saurabh Vishnu, People’s Party of India Democratic Party, and Right to Recall Party.
