Former HCL employees hold meeting

Jamshedpur: In view of the proposed revival of Rakha Copper Mines, former employees of Hindustan Copper Limited have high expectations from Chief Minister Raghubar Das.
On the eve of the bhumi pujan ceremony, local villagers and former company workers held a meeting at the local market complex on Friday and discussed their various demands. A resolution was passed to place the demands before the CM on his visit to Rakha Mines. The demands mainly include benefits of wage revision, payment of arrears, health and education facilities, regularization of 35 per cent employees and various other civic amenities for their families.
