‘Focus on time management to improve exam performance’

Jamshedpur: Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) on Friday organised a stress management session for students of class XII who are getting ready for their board exams due to begin from Feb, 2017.

The resource person, Dr. Manoj Sahu, MD, Psychology from the Tata Main hospital addressed the students on the need for them to be calm. He spoke at length about various distractions faced by the students these days and suggested ways to mitigate them.

Dr. Sahu has specifically been working for child and adolescent mental health and advised Motilal Nehru Public School students to focus on time management and consistency in study for improved performance in the boards. He also elaborated upon obsessions amongst students and how they may overcome them.
