Chandil: A flying squad seized four vehicles near Chandil roundabout on Thursday.
Magistrate Pradip Bhagat, who led the flying squad, said the vehicles had been permitted to be used only in Ranchi and anywhere else.
Hence the vehicles were seized as per Election Commission guidelines.
