Jamshedpur: Chief Minister and BJP candidate from Jamshedpur East Assembly constituency Raghubar Das participated in a padyatra organized on Saturday. The padyatra started at Golmuri Chowk. The CM visited Tuiladungri, Garabasa, Bajrang Nagar, Cable Basti, Old Cable Town and Golmuri Market and urged voters to support him in the upcoming state Assembly elections. He was welcomed with showers of flower petals by the people at several places. He also went to Muslim Basti and spoke to local residents.
Those present during the event included district BJP president Dinesh Kumar, Pawan Agrawal, Sanjeev Singh, Probir Chatterjee Rana, Gurdev Singh Raja, Khemlal Choudhary, Mithilesh Singh Yadav and Kamlesh Sahu.
The BJP workers organized a meeting at Amal Sangh Park in Sidhgora. It was unanimously decided to ensure victory of Raghubar Das. He said the CM had worked selflessly for the development and welfare of the state and its people.
