Jamshedpur, May 7: Flort Fort in association with CII Young Indians recognising the need of saving mother earth from getting depleted from harmful pollutants organised a workshop on miniature garden in Jamshedpur on Sunday.
Through workshop kids learnt about the importance and value of plants. The miniature garden workshop also helped them cultivate a hobby.
In the workshop, kids got hands on experience in planting plants of their choice, landscaping their garden using sand, stone and garden accessories while using their creativity skills.
“Each kid created a miniature garden and took it home to nurture with love and see it grow,” said Prerna Todi, Owner, Flora Fort.
In addition to that a talk show was organised where Rajni Jajodia from Yi Bengaluru took a one on one session with Yi kids explaining them the need of the hour with bringing changes in their basic lifestyle.
She tought them techniques to conserve energy and methods to live life with minimal waste of resources, conserve water and inculcate habits in our daily life to save our Mother Earth.
