Flat residents in Jamshedpur knock police for justice after threat of evacuation

Jamshedpur, December 11: People of seven apartments in SS Tower under construction by absconding Unity builder Sanjay Gupta, located in Bhatia Basti Main Road Chandi Baba Mandir under Kadma thana are upset about threat to vacate the flats by a man claiming to have association with former chief minister Madhu Koda.
The flat residents claimed that some men claimed to be close former Chief Minister of the state and said that the flat is in their name and they have to vacate. The frightened residents reached the SSP office and met the city SP and pleaded for justice. 
It is being told that even those who are living in the flats have not got their registration documents. 
The people living in the flat say that the money of the registry has been given to builder Sanjay Gupta. But he delayed it and has now gone absconding. 
The men who had threatened them claiming to close to the former Chief Minister have also claimed to have the documents of the registry.
 The entire thing has become complicated and a matter of investigation. 
The residents that they bought the flat from builder Sanjay Gupta 11 years ago, and on the basis of an agreement the builder was hand them over the flats in three years. When the work was not completed, the people themselves completed the under construction flat in some way and started living.
