Five Jamshedpur criminals ordered to give attendance daily

Jamshedpur The District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Justice, East Singhbhum under the Jharkhand Crime Act-2002 (adopted) in light of the proposal given by the Senior Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhum criminals have been ordered to appear before the Superintendent of Police (City) once a week and every day from 16.07.2020 to 16.08.2020 in the concerned police station. Also, a bond of Rs 10,000 has been ordered to be filed by 21.07.2020 and to maintain good behavior in the society. Rajiv Mandal, Popo Munda, Ganesh Singh, Richu Tudu aka Paiya Tudu, Jitendra Singh, Father- Sanshul Singh, Residence- Sarjamada Gurdwara Road, Police Station Parasudih If the said order is not complied with, action will be taken against the concerned under the Jharkhand Crime Control Act (2002) adopted – Section 7 (2) (e). In case of unavoidable failure to register attendance, we will ensure obtaining prior approval from the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate for this.
