Jamshedpur: A head-on collision on the Tata–Hata Main Road on Monday morning left five people injured, with three currently in critical condition. The accident, involving a car and a goods carrier, caused both vehicles to overturn due to the force of the impact.

- Time and Location: The crash occurred around 8:00 AM near Turuda Das Dharamkanta under the jurisdiction of the Potka police station.
- Vehicles Involved: An out-of-control Maruti 800 collided directly with a 609 goods carrier truck.
- Impact: Both vehicles overturned following the collision, leaving the car completely mangled.
Victims and Emergency Response
- Identified Victims: Three of the injured have been identified as Vicky Bhumij, Sunny Gagrai, and Kartik Kisku, all residents of the Tupudang area in Parsudih.
- Hospitalization: Potka police and local residents used an ambulance to transport the five victims to Jamshedpur Sadar Hospital.
- Medical Status: Medical officials report that three of the five victims are in critical condition.
