Five injured as tyre of ambulance bursts in Potka

Potka: Five persons were injured in a road accident on the Hata-Mosabani main road near Balijuri under Potka police station area on Tuesday. The mishap occurred when a tyre of an ambulance of the local Community Health Centre suddenly went burst. The speeding vehicle rammed into a roadside tree. Those injured were identified as the ambulance driver Dubraj Munda, Sonia Sardar, Hareram Patra, Kavita Sardar and Draupadi Sardar. Sonia Sardar, who works as a Sahiya in Bara Sigdi village, suffered fracture in her hand. The victims were taken to MGM Hospital. Local JMM leader Kishan Gupta helped the victims reach the hospital.
