Five criminals arrested from different locations in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 7: The city cops have arrested five criminals in three different police station areas of Jamshedpur city. Four youths have been arrested for carrying out the robbery and snatching in Bistupur and Burmamines. At the same time, a young man going to carry out the incident with a weapon in Sakchi has been taken into custody. The police have sent all these criminals to jail after thorough interrogation.

An attempt was made to carry out a robbery incident near the General Office on the road from Bistupur Regal Maidan to Sakchi. The incident happened on February 5 last. Two youths tried to rob money from Sunil Kumar, who was going to supply gas cylinders.

After registering the case, the police took action and arrested Sumit Mishra and Sapan Gop in this case. Mobile and bike have been confiscated from the accused. This action has been taken by the Bistupur police station. Burmamines police have also arrested two people in connection with the snatching of a mobile from a girl named Preeti Kumari in Burmamines area.

They have been identified as Subhan Ansari and Dilsad Ansari. Both are residents of Kapali area of Seraikela-Kharsawan district. The crime was carried out on February 2 last. The mobile has been recovered from the robbers. Sakchi police arrested Sajid Khan alias Sheru, a resident of Dhatkidih, who was plotting to carry out the big incident.

Police have recovered a country-made pistol, two live bullets in the magazine, a sharp knife and a hammer from his possession. The police arrested him near the toilet located in the Sakchi SNP area. The police had received secret information that Sajid was trying to carry out some incident.
