Jamshedpur, Dec 22: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) special officer, Krishna Kumar on Tuesday informed that cases against 53 builders for constructing structures in violation of drawing plans sanctioned will be lodged in different police stations within next three days.
The JNAC special officer said that those builders against whom FIR has been lodged they had been served notices on several occasions but failed to even send a proper reply.
JNAC tax official, M.K.L Das will be lodging cases against violating builders in Burmamines, Golmuri, Sakchi and Sitramdera area while violators in Bistupur, Kadma and Sonari area will have cases lodged by JNAC official R. K Mandal.
The builders who are facing heat in the JNAC drive included Alimuddin Khan (Burmamines), Bhan Singh (Golmuri), Saif Akhtar (Golmuri), Shyamlal Sharma (Golmuri), Radha Krishna (Sakchi), Asha Ram (Sakchi), Mahesh Singh (Sakchi) and Pushpa Lal (Sitaramdera) amongst others.
