FIR filed against MLA Saryu Rai at Doranda Police Station

Ranchi: A named FIR has been registered against Saryu Rai, the Independent MLA from Jamshedpur (EAST) constituency, at the Doranda police station.

This action has been taken following a written complaint filed by the state Health Department. The MLA has been accused of making important documents disappear from the department.

It has been alleged in the FIR that an FIR was registered by the department in Doranda police station last year. In the FIR, Saryu Rai’s name was erased by applying whitener with the connivance of some unscrupulous policemen. Therefore, in the registered FIR, it has been written that action should be taken by registering a case against the policemen who committed the said criminal act involving Saryu Rai.
