Family of Multitech Auto employee to receive Rs 7 lakh compensation

Gamharia, Sept 14: In a meeting organized at the office of Multitech Auto Pvt Ltd in Gamharia on Tuesday, September 14  between the company’s management and a JMM delegation headed by JMM District President of the party’s intellectual wing, Chhayakant Gorai, it was agreed by the company officials that a compensation of Rs Seven lakh would be paid to the family of permanent employee of the company, Arun Pradhan (40 years old), who, while returning home on his cycle after completing his duty at 10 pm on Monday, September 13 was returning home at Mirudih when he was mowed down by a speeding vehicle on the IOC Road on Thana Morh. The late Arun Pradhan succumbed to his injuries caused by the accident. It was also agreed in the meeting that the deceased employee’s son would be provided a permanent job after he attained majority. An amount of Rs 40 thousand would be provided to the bereaved family by Multitech Auto Pvt Ltd as funeral expenses for its employee, Arun Pradhan. The company management at the meeting was represented by HR Head Vinod Arya and official Sanjay Kumar Singh while JMM negotiation team headed by Chhayakant Gorai included senior leaders BT Das, Avinash Soren, Shankar Mukhi, Rajesh Gope, Deepak Nayak and others. Next of kin of the deceased employee were also present during the meeting.
