Jamshedpur, July 11: A total of 9592 houses are to be constructed in 32 blocks as per the G+8 structure of the affordable housing project being built in Birsanagar Jamshedpur under component-3 of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC).
In the first phase, 3836 beneficiaries were allotted houses in the second phase, 852 and in the third phase, 696 beneficiaries, by the committee constituted under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, East Singhbhum.
The selection of beneficiaries were done through randomise electronic system at Birsa Munda Town Hall in Sidhgora.
JNAC organized a housing fair on July 11 at 11 am in the Birsa Nagar residential complex.
Addressing all the beneficiaries, special officer JNAC Sanjay Kumar directed the beneficiaries to deposit the beneficiary contribution on time.
The forum was conducted by city manager Ravi Shankar Bharti, as well as the questions related to the scheme asked by the beneficiaries were answered by the officer of Juidco.
