Jamshedpur, Dec 19: Last day before winter vacation was ceremonious for Kerala Public School, Kadma. A sprawling and happening Mela was organized in the school premises on account of Christmas celebrations.
The fair had variety of food and game stalls put up by the faculties of the school. It was inaugurated by the Director of the school, Sharat Chandran Nair and Principal, Mrs. Sharmila Mukherjee.
At the event students were awarded for their exemplary contribution in class activities. The fair was open from 09:00 am to 12 noon for juniors and from 12 noon to 03:00 pm for seniors above Std VIII.
The food stalls that were put up included sandwich, dosa, paw bhaji, cold drink, chinese, ice creams, golgappas, bhel puri etc. The game stalls included Bean Ball Toss, Lock and Key, Tattoo, Floating Brinjal, Turning Wheel, Dart, Jumping Jack etc.
The whole day saw a happening crowd with parents, students and teachers who enjoyed the fair with a lot of enthusiasm.
