Jamshedpur: Indian Red Cross Society organized an eye camp at Ram Manohar Lohia Netralaya, Bagbera on Sunday.
The camp was held in the commemoration of late PN Kamani. As many as 54 patients underwent cataract surgery performed by a team comprising Dr. BP Singh, Dr. Js Bedi, Dr. Sushil Bajoria and Dr Punam Singh and their assistants.
The organizers said patients who had undergone surgery will undergo a final checkup and will be provided with spectacles and medicines for one and a half month.
