Jamshedpur, July 1: S.D.S.M. School for Excellence organized ‘Environmental Quiz� to mark Environment Day on Friday at the school campus.
An intra-school activity was organized wherein 30 students � five students from each Family (house) participated. The quiz was organized for students of Class 1 to 5.
The event aimed at creating awareness among the students about the environmental related problems like pollution and also to educate them to make optimum use of the natural resources.
The quiz master was Akshit Kumar from Std. VIII-A conducted the program intelligently by asking questions related to environment. Meera Pal was the teacher in-charge for the program. �
The program was attended by school principal, vice-principal, teachers and students. Moon Family won the quiz contest with 50 points, while the Sun Family was the runner-up with 45 points.
