Jamshedpur, Sept 6: Applications have been invited for enrollment in Nursing Skills College run by PREJHA Foundation, designed for members of the Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department. The main objective of Nursing Skills College is to make the girls of Jharkhand employable in the field of nursing and health. In Nursing Skills College, girls from scheduled tribes, scheduled castes, minorities and other backward classes could get employment opportunities after completing nursing education and training.
The basic criteria for eligible candidates have been released by the institution and these include educational qualification comprising class 12 passed applicants in age bracket between 17 and 28 years. The candidates will be assured of 100 percent campus placement. The campus is safe and modern with in-campus learning facilities and free food and accommodation provided for the candidates.
MK Sharma of PREJHA Foundation said that in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, arrangements had been made for online registration through which eligible girl students could login to https://app.prejha.org and enter their details. Presently there are total 28 Kalyan Gurukuls, 8 Nursing Colleges, one ITI run by the Foundation. Online applications have been invited for the next session in Nursing Skills College at Nursing College Chaibasa, Nursing College (Rajnagar) Seraikela and Itki for October 2021 session enrollment.
