Seraikela: Former minister Enos Ekka was granted bail in a case of alleged violation of Model Code of Conduct against him in the court of chief judicial magistrate of Seraikela on Monday.
Kharsawan police had lodged a case against Ekka (Case number 24/14) during Lok Sabha election this year. Ekka surrendered before the court in the morning.
He was represented by senior adevocate of Seraikela Court Vishwanath Rath. His supporters celebrated the grant of bail to him and welcomed him outside the court premises.
