Union Minister pays tribute to late Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Jamshedpur: Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Arjun Munda said former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee had a great ability to work with political commitment. Jharkhand was formed as a result of his efforts, he said.
Munda was addressing a programme organized to celebrate the birth anniversary of the former PM at Dhalbhum Club, Sakchi, as chief guest on Wednesday. He garlanded a portrait of late Vajpayee during the inaugural session. He said there was need to spread the ideology and thoughts of the former PM among the people. He said Vajpayee had worked hard to spread the ideology of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. He said the young generation should be informed about the contributions made by Dr Mukherjee and Vajpayee.
Munda said electoral defeat should not hold the party back as it was just a part of democracy. He said the party workers should work harder for coming elections.
Other dignitaries present during the programme included former Ghatsila MLA Laxman Tudu, Abhay Samant, Vinod Singh, Nandjee Prasad, Rajesh Kumar Shukla, Neeru Singh, Shailendra Singh and Vinod Tiwary.
