Let us tell you, before this, the CM was summoned four times by the ED. In its first summons, the ED called him to the ED office on August 14. For this, the ED sent the first summons to the CM on August 8. But they did not appear before the ED in the earlier summons. During this time, a letter was sent to the ED office from the CM Secretariat, in which the CM said that the ED should withdraw its summons, I am taking legal advice. After this, for the second time, the ED sent a summons on August 19 and called the ED office for questioning on August 24 (Thursday). But even on this invitation of the CM ED, the ED office did not reach that time i.e. on 24th August, an employee named Suraj Kumar from the secretariat came to the regional office of the ED with a letter in a sealed envelope.
After this, ED summoned CM Hemant for the third time on September 1 and summoned him to the ED office on September 9 (Saturday) for questioning, but an employee reached the ED office with a letter from the CM Secretariat in a sealed envelope. Chief Minister Hemant was summoned by the ED for the fourth time on September 17 and in this they asked CM Hemant to appear in the ED office on September 23. But they did not reach the ED office. At the same time, Suraj Kumar, an employee of the CM’s secretariat, reached the ED office with a letter sealed in an envelope, who made the ED receive the letter.
