Jamshedpur, June 27: Enforcement Directorate raided the plant owned by Naveen Singh, brother of former Ichagarh MLA Arvind Singh in seventh phase of Adityapur Industrial Area on Tuesday.
It is alleged that illegal money of the said plant Nav Nirman Builders and Developers Private Limited has been invested in NNB Concreto Company illegally.
It has also been alleged that wrongful investments have been made in the said plant.
It is located in Aasangi Mauza of Adityapur police station, which is spread over 0.19 acres and the plant was raided under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 after the ED got information about the investment of black money in the said company.
This action has been taken after the order of the special PMLA Court on 15 September 2022.
