Seraikela, June 11: Protesting against the domicile policy issued by Raghubar Das-led government, the Jharkhand Vikash Morcha-Prajatantrik (JVM-P), backed by several other opposition parties, began two-day long economic blockade in the state from Saturday.
The effect was seen in Seraikela-Kharsawan district as goods vehicles remained off road which resulted in loss as the Kolhan divison of the state is rich with mineral resources.
The small passenger vehicles and private two-wheelers and three-wheelers were seen as usual.
