Dussehra special Expo starts at Tulsi Bhavan

Jamshedpur: Tamil Nadu Traditional Handloom Products Co-optex today started a Dussehra, Deepawali Special Expo cum Sale at Tulsi Bhavan, Bistupur. The deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Amit Kumar inaugurated the Expo which will continue till 9th October.

L Sekar, regional manager of the company at Vijayawada, speaking about the specialties of the event, said, “We are displaying many products in this exhibition.

They include new computerized designs by handloom such as pure silk Kancheepuram, Arni, Soft Silk, low priced silk sarees and cotton sarees from Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Kerala Cotton and Kora sarees, bedsheets, towels, lungis, dhotis, dress materials and door mats from Erode and many more household linen items and other products.”

A Sampath Kumar, assistant sales man, K Yuvraj, Marketing Manager and Santosh Kumar Jha, DRM informed the guests and visitors about the event and the significance of various products on display during the exhibition.
