Jamshedpur, June 5: The much-anticipated 48-meter-long and 11-meter-deep fish tunnel aquarium has been inaugurated at Fun World Disneyland, located at the Sakchi Aambagan ground. Chandrashekhar Parvat, the organizer of Fun World, announced that this fish tunnel, inspired by a similar attraction in a Dubai mall, is the largest of its kind in India and marks its debut in Jamshedpur.
The fish tunnel features around 400 species of fish, including Fresh Water Dolphin, Imported Oscar Fish, Alligator Gar Fish, White Black Shark, Gola Fish, Kishing Fish, Auranda Fish, Rambo Fish, and Crocodile Fish, among other colorful varieties. Originally planned to launch at the beginning of the fair, the fish tunnel aquarium faced delays due to a lack of certain items but is now open to the public.
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo’s near-perfect recreation of tunnel takes you into a completely different world. The Aquarium tunnel, which is found on the ground floor of The Dubai Mall is 11 meters below the surface.
In addition to the fish tunnel, Fun World Disneyland offers various attractions for both children and adults. These include the Super Dragon, Break Dance, Tora-Tora Dragon Train, and a special electric swing designed with elders in mind.
The fair also features a range of handloom and handicraft products for sale, including handloom sarees, bedsheets, and night-dresses. This summer season, Fun World Disneyland provides a unique family outing opportunity to experience the fish tunnel aquarium and other entertainment options.
