Seraikela: District Transport Officer (DTO) of Seraikela-Kharsawan Anup Kumar Sharan convened a meeting of transport vehicle owners here on Saturday and urged them to ensure compliance with traffic and safety norms.
He said the vehicle owners should also provide ambulance to distressed accident victims so that their lives may be saved in time.
The vehicle owners assured the DTO to help accident victims in every manner possible.
