Drawing competition by Heritage Club of Motilal Nehru Public School

Jamshedpur, July 21: The Junior Heritage Club of Motilal Nehru Public School organised a drawing competition for its Heritage Club students of class 3 to 5 at Bodhi Temple.

The general secretary of Bodhi Society Pradip Barua helped the Heritage Club to organise the competition in their premises and encouraged the students to participate in such competitions in future.

The theme of the competition was based on the principle of Gautam Buddha’s life. Through this competition club moderator Sunita Sharma designed a value based on the eight fold path adopted by Buddha. The club moderator Mrs. Sharma said that by adopting themselves students will be able to lead a disciplined life and they can stay focused on achieving their goals. A total of 28 students participated in the competition. The winners were: Pragya Kumari, Harshita Singh, Afifa Anam and Vidhi Bhowmik. The club organises such competition annually to encourage fun times coupled with learning for students.
