Jamshedpur, Sep 18: Senior Journalist Kavi Kumar was allegedly assaulted by junior doctors at MGM Hospital while interviewing a patient at hospital premises on Wednesday, Sep 18.
Kavi said his legs and hands were bruised, his camera was broken by the doctors who attacked him while filming the interview at the ward.
The injured journalist later registered a FIR against the accused doctors at Sakchi Police Station and has demanded strict punishment against them.
On the other hand according to reports, the doctors have accused Kavi of not following the instructions and despite several reminders to stop the interview of the patient, he didn�t abide by the rule and did what he felt was right for him, said a doctor.
