Jamshedpur: A legal awareness camp was held at Birsanagar High School on Thursday under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) through the legal aid centre of Birsanagar PS on Thursday. Professor Rajeev Kumar and paralegal volunteer Sanjeet Mishra informed the students and teachers about their legal rights and duties and also spoke on different laws to deal with cases of atrocities against children, women and aged people. They spoke in detail on issues included child marriage, child labour, human trafficking, witch killing and child abuse.
Among others present during the camp included the school Principal Suneeta Seema Ekka, Sushila Devi, Seema Kumari, Mannan Akbar and Dhaniram Mahato.
