DLS promises every help to workers of unorganized sector

Jamshedpur, Feb. 21: ADJ Ashok Kumar presided over a meeting of unorganized workers under the aegis of District Legal Services in the parking area of Tatanagar railway station.

Ashok Kumar, in his presidential speech at the event, highlighted the detail of the seven schemes undertaken by the District Legal Services saying that their aim is to give concrete shape to this program and to ensure that it benefits all workers.

Kumar said that all possible help will be given by the District Legal Services.

Deputy Labour Commissioner Shyam Pathak said that the state government and the central government have declared 13 points of the program.

He noted that the national health insurance scheme will be implemented for all workers employed in the railway sector with the benefits promised.

Organizer of the program and secretary of the International Human Rights Association, Bhishma Singh conducted the program, while workers reiterated their resolve to take advantage of these schemes.

Madhavi, Arjun Kumar, Dilip Jaiswal, Radha Kant, Ajay Singh Yadav, Suresh Pandey, and Sanjit Singh were present on the occasion.
