East Singhbhum district administration has set up a district control room to receive complaints related to polling on 7th December in the second phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections. Prompt action would be taken in connection with the complaints, said Ravi Shankar Shukla, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Returning Officer.
