Jamshedpur: Empowering the next generation of professionals, Team Samarthya, the Human Potential Centre of XLRI Jamshedpur, successfully conducted Disha 2026 on January 25. The event, recognized as the city’s largest career counselling fair, brought together students, parents, and educators to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional aspirations.
The 13th edition of the fair saw an impressive turnout, recording over 680 registrations and a physical footfall exceeding 550 attendees. Students from more than 40 schools in the Jamshedpur region participated, including prominent institutions such as:
