Diarrhoea outbreak

Gamharia: Diarrhoea continues to wreak havoc on the villagers of Chamaru panchayat of Gamharia block.

A 45 year old woman, Manju Devi, reportedly died after falling victim to diarrhea. A ward member Savita devbi said the epidemic had affected hundreds of people in the villages of the panchayat.

Many people are still getting treated at home. Local health officials have advised villagers to visit nearest health centres for relief.
