Ranchi, Feb 9 : Legendary cricketer and former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is set to become the brand ambassador of Jharkhand tourism.
The state government has finalized the decision, aiming to give a major boost to tourism promotion by leveraging Dhoni’s global appeal and deep-rooted association with Jharkhand.
According to sources, the promotional campaign featuring Dhoni will be launched soon, with the shooting schedule expected to begin later this month.
The campaign will showcase Jharkhand’s rich natural landscapes, tribal culture, wildlife, waterfalls, and adventure tourism potential.
Officials believe that Dhoni’s iconic status and inspirational journey from Ranchi to international cricket stardom will significantly enhance Jharkhand’s visibility on the national and global tourism map.
