Ranchi: In a shocking turn of events, notorious criminal Aman Singh met his demise within the confines of Dhanbad divisional jail on Sunday. Taking cognizance of the severity of the situation, Director General of Police (DGP) Ajay Kumar Singh has issued explicit orders for a thorough investigation by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
DGP Singh has personally spearheaded the formation of a dedicated team, placing the responsibility under the capable leadership of the CID Inspector General. Recognizing the urgency of the matter, the CID team has promptly set forth for Dhanbad to commence their inquiry.
The incident unfolded at 3 o’clock on Sunday afternoon when Aman Singh, a key figure in the Neeraj Singh murder case, fell victim to a fatal shooting. Swift action by the Dhanbad Police has already led to the apprehension of the individual responsible for the execution-style killing.
