Jamshedpur: As many as eight close circuit television cameras have been installed at the office of the district education officer (DEO) of East Singhbhum.
Now it will be easier for the DEO to keep a watch on the activities of all employees of the education department.
The DEO, RKP Singh, said the CCTVs have been installed in the verandah, hall, computer room, RMS chamber and other rooms. He said the CCTVs will start working by Tuesday.
He said their installation was important from the security point of view. He said the employees would become more responsible and alert while on duty.
