Jamshedpur, Oct 14: Mango Circle Officer Kamini Kaushal Lakra led a team to demonstrate the functioning of EVM and VVPAT to voters. The demonstration was organized in the Mango Circle Office. Voters were explained that after casting their votes through the EVM the VVPAT screen would confirm the symbol of the party or candidate voted for. The display will stay on screen for seven seconds.
Circle Officer Kamini Kaushal Lakra explained the importance of every individual vote and were informed that casting votes were the constitutional right of every citizen. They were asked to use the right honestly.
