Jamshedpur: One Ananto Pushti of Jagannathpur village under Bagbera police station area today met the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal to demand a tricycle.
He sat outside the DC office in support of his demand and handed over a memorandum to the DC.
He said he was physically challenged and hence he needed the tricycle.
He said he had asked the district administration to help him by giving the tricycle.
