Jamshedpur, July 2: Members of Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, headed by the chairman Dr. Suresh Kashinath Haware held a special meeting with the union railway minister Suresh Prabhu on Saturday.
During the meeting Dr. Haware urged the union minister to increase the platform numbers in Kopargaon and Shirdi Sainagar railway station and extend the train from Manmad and Kopergaon to Shirdi Sainagar.
The centenary of `mahasamadhi’ falls on October 18, 2018. Various programmes to mark the occasion will be held between October 1 this year to October 18, 2018 were Sai followers from all over the world will arrive at Shirdi.
Suresh Prabhu ordered the GM of railway to take necessary steps in this direction.
