Jamshedpur: The demand for not shifting the Jamshedpur plant of Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Limited to Kharagpur raised by Afzal Akhtar, Jamshedpur block deputy head, has started getting support from various quarters. In a press statement issued on Sunday, Akhtar said the representatives of different organizations and panchayats of the district had assured to support the cause in every possible manner. He said a dharna programme is going to be organized at the company gate on Tuesday.
