Jamshedpur: A five-point memorandum was handed over to the rural development department of Tata Motors by members of Kharangajhar Busti Vikas Samiti on Wednesday.
The demands include measures to control mosquitoes and ensure cleanliness in various localities in Kharangajhar and installation of bins at certain places.
